I declare that, having been informed about the rules governing the processing of my personal data in the future as well as my rights in that regard (having read the document ‘Information Duty’), I hereby grant my voluntary consent to the transmission by the Institute of the European Network Remembrance and Solidarity seated in Warsaw, acting on the basis of an entry into the register of cultural institutions kept by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage under the number of RIK 90/2015, of my personal data (referred to in paragraph 1 above) to third countries, i.e. those outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), even if such countries – in the absence of a decision ascertaining an adequate level of protection as well as the absence of appropriate safeguards – do not guarantee the provision of personal data protection at a level required and applied in the EEA, for the purpose of using them in the context of all activities related to the Events, including inter alia organisational purposes related to such events as well as for the purpose of promotion of such events. I hereby declare to have been informed about the fact that the aforementioned may elevate the risk of an incident as regards infringements of legal provisions concerning the protection of my personal data while they are processed outside of the EEA.
